By placing an order with The Cook Lab, you agree to these terms.
Orders
- You send your order to us on WhatsApp from the checkout. We confirm your date and time there and send you the payment details; your order is placed once it's paid.
- Once your order is paid, all sales are final.
- Each dish starts at a dozen and then goes up one at a time, up to 80; boxes and whole cakes are sold one by one.
- Orders need at least 48 hours' notice.
Prices and payment
- Prices are per unit and include sales tax.
- We send you the payment details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
Allergens and food safety
- Our kitchen handles all major allergens, so we can't guarantee that any dish is free from cross-contact.
Changes and cancellations
- Our Changes & Cancellations Policy applies to every order.
